Free consultation
We get to know you: your academic background, ambitions, budget and preferences. You'll leave with a clear picture of your options and an honest view of what's realistic.
- 8 to 10 months before
University & course shortlist
We recommend a shortlist from our partner universities, comparing courses, entry requirements, fees, location and career outcomes so you can decide with confidence.
- 6 to 9 months before
Applications & offers
We guide your personal statement, prepare and submit your applications, and track every response. Once you accept an offer, we help with deposits and your Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS).
- 4 to 6 months before
Education loan & finances
We plan your budget, compare education loan options and guide your loan application through to the sanction letter, so your finances are ready in time for your visa.
- 2 to 3 months before
Student visa application
We help you gather and check every document, from financial evidence and the CAS to TB test results where required. We also prepare you for any credibility interview, so your application goes in complete and on time.
- 1 to 2 months before
Accommodation secured
We shortlist safe, suitable housing near your campus, explain the tenancy agreement and help you secure it before you fly.
- Arrival week
Pre-departure briefing & airport pick-up
We brief you on packing, documents and your first days, then meet you at the airport and take you to your new home. Your family is told the moment you arrive safely.
- Your first year
Settled, protected & working
We help you register with a GP, open a bank account and guide you in finding part-time work. For 12 months you have legal assistance from our partner law firm, Mr Lawyers, and your discounted East London Community Hub membership gives you a community from the start.
